1975 Scamp factory a/c. Is it possible for the HVA. controls in the dash to have a vacuum leak, and cause a lean condition ?
If vacuum is applied to the vacuum line that controls the water valve, should it hold the vacuum, if it doesn't, does that mean that there is a leak in the dash controls ?
