First my name is Joe Gilbert , and I own a 64 Barracuda originally a 273/904 pushbutton trans. Currently I am running a 318 and the same 904!! I'd like to thank everyone who make this forum available to us!! My question is are the 64 and 65 904 transmissions different as far as rebuilding? Someone told me that the 64 pushbutton was totally different! I know the ball and trunnon flang type universal is different! I would like to buy parts to rebuild my pushbutton trans! A friend said he heard the 64 pushbuttion 904 was called a 904-b. Thanks again and any info would be greatly appreciated!! Joe
