The 1969 W23 Recall Wheels

Someone was asking about these not too long ago, so I dug this out of my collection and scanned it. It is the earliest reference I have found so far to the wheels having issues;

sorry but you put w21 in the title and its actually the W23 code you may want to fix that so the people who were asking can really use this info great info by the way thanks Justin
