The Austrian Alps in the spring

I have a good friend that lives in Austria and one of his favorite times of the year is his glider towing season contract with a resort town and it's airport.
He flies up there in his own airplane and all his expenses are paid, meals, room, fuel, and all amenities of the resort (except bar tab) and gets paid for towing tourists and locals alike aloft in their sail planes.
He sends me pictures and I email him recorded US rock and roll radio stations music because he loves to fly and listen to his favorite music but he can't get it from where he lives because it is somehow copywrited to the US.

This is his spring part time job.

Was just in Vienna last month for three weeks. Drove west to Bertchesgaten Germany one day through the Alpine passes. Just Awesome !!

Back in 2010 i rode (with 2 buddies) from klagenfurt to Modena up the Austrian side down through the Dolemites

One of many amazing legs of that trip.
