Chevy guys always ran a "3/4 cam". Never figured out how they got it to work.........

I was 10 in '78 and 16 in '84.

I do remember the '70's from about '72-'73 on fairly well.
Bell bottoms, plaid suits and health food stores through disco and John Denver...

Street racing was still alive and well in the mid '80's where I was.

Kanuder valves and magnetic seat covers come to mind...throw in a couple muffler bearings,stainless steel ones of course...lol

And the Chrome-Moly Piston Return Springs

So "Full Race" would be 1" lift. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! I need to get me one of those full race cams.

When I first heard it form one of them I asked them how they dealt with the valve train geometry of such a large cam in an otherwise stock 307......got that glazed over look....similar to the look on many cops faces after a shift of eating donuts....
