it would be wonderful if we all felt our world was safe and no need t0 caary a weapon, even pepper spray!? but as we have seen way too often, the difference between dozens or more people killed, might rest in the fact just one individual was carrying a gun. and could keep his composure, and take out the bad guys???
to be successful with a lot of things that happen quick, is being able to slow it down in your mind. break it down into parts. it can even become too slow.
as the team roper or calf roper can tell you, a 5-7 second run, .. you have to slow down to be faster.
