the price of instrument clusters

I'm relativly new to the Mopar seen, but I was shocked at the price of used parts. yesterday I spoke to a dealer specializing in early 60-70 Mopars, I was looking for a wiring harness, he told me that he had just sold a complete dash $1600.00 out of a 67 Cuda
are any of you seeing these types of prices on the East coast and do you have any good Part sources

Anything mopar is much more expensive than GM or Ford but! For $1600 that better be the dash frame, pad, instrument cluster, heater controls, radio and glove box. AND, it better be in nice shape.

You can get the under dash wiring harness new from Year One for $400ish, if you need the under hood harness I would go to Evan Wiring, they are under $100.
