No way. If the dog got thrown from the vehicle in an accident, it would fare better than in a cage at the bumper.

Would you ride a motorcycle that had a cage around it that was fastened to the bike?

I disagree. Either way, it's still against the law in Georgia.

Funny an animal control officer that puts dogs in a metal crate/cage for a living on the back of a work truck daily is worried about a dog in a crate outside a vehicle.
