I was looking at shipwrecks the other night and came across this gem. I have no idea what's going on here

My guess that it is Russian. I used to live in an apartment building that over looked the Port of Halifax.. you could always tell when a Russian ship was in because they were loaded with cars when they left...I hadn't thought of that for years..
