thought i found my tuff wheel adapter RANT

well ive been needing a tuff wheel adapter for awhile now i bought one off ebay 6months ago but it seems to be 4 a dodge 4x4 truck or something it has fine teeth and no key guy wouldnt refund even though it was listed as 70's mopar duster cuda tuff wheel adapter, and just now i bought another off ebay for bout $35 which is cheap at the time beem waiting for it to come in mail just got a message today saying "I'm sorry I seem to have misplaced the package and i cant find it. So I'm returning your money. Once again, I apologize." once again i have too wait lol too me it sounds like he didnt get the money he wanted idk though

I hate it when people on ebay pull that crap. I've let many really good parts go on ebay for $1.00. And O'well, I'm the one that made it an auction. So I just shipped it off.
