thoughts on these tie rod ends?

Better to stick with Moog parts, the cheapies tend not to hold up for a year
 
yeah, I was concerned about that
at the same time though, the budget runs out fast
 
Still cheaper than alignments when they fail one after the other.. I tend not to skimp on steering components. Its also a safety thing. I've seen cheaper ones that have a plastic cage around the ball.
 
I'm sure you probably already know you can get aftermarket boots in case the joints are ok but the boot is split.
 
Check Mancini racing. Just bought new tie rod ends - all moog and half as much or so as the summit or jegs price. Given the hassle of getting them on and off I wouldn't go with cheap right, IMO.
