thread size ??

Quick ??, what is the thread size on the fuel pump for the feed line to the carb on a 360? trying to buy a fitting for it...

5/16 or 3/8 inverted flare.Buy both,return the one you don't use.Most likely 5/16 inverted,if looked up for a 318,or 360 smogger.

Some pumps are pipe thread and need an adapter.................

Can you see an inverted flare seat in the bottom, or just a "black hole?"

Yeah, i think it might be pipe thread. it doesn't look tapered at all?
