Threw some paint at the '63

Been building the /6 for some time now (machine work) and got bored so I decided to do some repair body work and throw down some paint. This will be a 2-3 yr temp paint job, till I have the money & time to do it "right".

I like the two tone idea. Looks good with the red pinstriping too. Sort of like this 70 I saw at a show recently.

I've seen several cars like this. I like the pinstriping you did. I have been thinking about the same scheme except wrapping it around the trunk and connecting the black color. Look good though:cheers:

That's what I was thinkin. All it needs is a bubble gum machine on top. That would be cool.

LOL ya I actaully looked on Ebay for a beacon, found a red & blue for $18, tempting. That would be fun at the drags or car meets. It will be getting a nice low hood scoop in satin black that matches the contour, my friend who does fiberglass is almost done w it.
