Throttlebodies??

Hi there! Im building EFI 340 in the future and im collecting parts for it, I´ve been looking throttlebodys from ebay, summit, jegs etc. but I really dont know whats the difference between a 300$ an 800$ part? Bet 1000cfm is enough but theres more than a few options, please help me out. This is what I have found:

You might want to check out f and b throttle bodies. www.fbthrottlebodies.com I run one on my dakota with a 408 on it and many guys on the Dakota rt website run them. They were one of the first throttle body companies making them for the Magnum motors or so I was told. Nice pieces and you can run the factory sensors on them. I run the 58 mm throttle body. Oh they have a nice six pack set up to
