So why is it that Mopar guys know a lot about the other brands but the Chevy guys think a Duster is a Nova! LOL

Because Chevy guys are too stupid to like or learn about other brands. We're not.

Lol. OBD1 and OBD2 are very different animals. On OBD1- you used to be able to do a key sequence, and the lights would flash to show codes.

I had a buddy LS swap an OBD1 camaro. by the time he replaced the entire harness, Dash, gauges, SOME of the OEM stuff worked. lol

Some OBD II engines do too. Like my 2005 Grand Caravan and 2006 Charger SRT-8. Just do the key dance and get the codes displayed on the dash.
