Tips for E85 stroked 340 -416

I'm doing an E85 fuel setup on my stroked 340, wanting to know if anyone else has done this yet, and what were your results? I'm running the Holley XP 850, increased lines to 3/8 with an Aeromotive 1000 pump inside fuel cell with pre and post filters. Any tips or tricks I should know about this setup? Timing, Plugs, A/F Ratio. I purchased Edelbrock top end kit, and compression is 11.8-1 , Digital 6AL system
