tire jack

I'm trying to find a replacement jack for my 1968 Barracuda and I've been told that there were different tire jacks depending where the car was assembled. My car was assembled at Hamtramch, MI. Does anyone know anything about this? I have seen two different style of bumper jacks and there is a noticeable difference.

Wish I knew the answer. I am looking for one for a friends 67 barracuda at the swap meet and don't know what I'm looking for !

I'll see if I can get a pic for you. The same jack assembly was used from 67-69. If you were to look up bumbers for these cars, front and rear are the same for all three years.

i think your jack looks similar to this-- which is very similar to the 60-66 valiant cars also, Lawrence
