title replacement

I purchased a '68 notchback several years ago through an Ebay auction and have lost the AZ title to the car. It was never titled to me and I cannot get in touch with seller. I've lost my storage space and need to consider selling the car, but wondered if there's a service offered to regenerate the original title. Any advice is very welcome!! Thanks!
