to plate or not to plate

im trying to deside whats better to run motor mounts or a full front motor plate,this will be behind a 440 street strip in a 72 dart with a A motor k member

The plate is better but they do have flex so a stiffing of the rear mount is required.

I saw a person put their motor plates on bushing one time. I think it was on bigbockdart. Not sure if it worked or not.
