We started to push water in our 440 last year but didnt realize how bad. Ended up cracking the block broke a valve and destroyed a piston. We are thinking about getting it sleeved instead of looking for another block. Any thoughts??

where`d it crack ?

Depends where it cracked.. if it went over an edge onto a deck... or below a cylinder into the case.
personally, I don't sleeve rb mopars as general practise. NOT saying it can not be done, just saying I don't do it much anymore as power outputs keep rising.

Its a 77 block just had the normal stuff done at the machine shop. Not alot of money in it. We are gonna take it out in the spring but can see 2 cracks down one bore already, there could be more. These blocks are getting hard to find.
