Tolerance for valve tip heights

Just looking over my old but just unboxed heads, noting some variance in valve tip heights.

Can anyone help with what is an acceptable variance?

I like them to be as close as possible to all the same height. I would say about .020. Kim.

1.907-1.937 stem height from factory.360/340

1.917 is the sweet spot.
