I think I have all the bases covered:beans with two spoons of brown sugar and garlic mixed in.Resting in frig for a few hours, will stir every so often.Also added pineapple chunks.Have the salad in a bottle,greens and fermentation plus more pineapples. Then we have more veggies with the corn. And last but not least, dessert! What is a good dinner without dessert! AND being dark chocolate makes it a double whammy: good for you and just plan good. Hope my wife appreciates the dinner I made for us!(can on end from Mjeirs)
