too many choices?

i have a 1970 340,501 lift cam ,4 speed and 323 83/4 rearend.I and looking for a good carburetor to put on it.Iuse it for manly street.Any suggestions would be helpful.Thank You David

I called summit Tech line and they asked alot of questions about my set up and i feel that they gave me very good info on a carb that would work well.make sure that you have the duration of your cam.1-330-630-0240 is the number , it's no free but i felt it was worth my time.

thanks for the reply.summits toll free # is 800-230-3030 then it dont cost you anything.i talked to a lot of car guys around home and they really like the holley carb.Got the lend of one to try,ill keep you posted.

Put a Holley 750 DP on it.

I can not believe this but...i agree with crackback on this one ..lol.. seeing as you have a 4-speed the d.p. should work fine on the street..if you were running an auto i'd say vacuum secondaries...
