..what do the torque converter weights for 340 cast crank weigh in grams?

what little i know is. years ago chrysler had a weight kit to put on a 318 converter, to put a 360 in place of a 318. and BM had flex plate when put behind a 360 with a 727 that had a 318 in front scraps the stock cover plate. this was years ago. so double check ALL the parts before buttoning it up.

Didn't the 340 have a steel crank?
Late 72 and 73 340's had cast cranks
