Torsion bar hole in K member

OHH OHH Driver side where torsion bar passes thru K member That K member hole (looking from the back forward) is too big. Is there supposed to be a sleeve, or bushing there??? I'm going to replace the bars (69 valiant slant six) But what about the hole?? What do I need to replace or repair it??

The torsion bars do not go through the K frame...
Are you talking about the lower control arm pivot pins?

I am wondering if he's asking about the strut rod bushing holes in the front of the K
