torsion bar size (thickness)

just measures the torsion bar thickness on my dart, as i was looking to alter them for new mopar ones, now
mine measure up at .82 inch or 21mm

tried to find this size and i cant, i can find .92

my car is a strip car that sees very little street

anyone point me in the right direction, or should i not bother replacing?

It's pretty common for drag racers to use /6 sized bars (small) to allow the front end to rise and get weight transferred to the rear tires. That trick goes way back to the 60's. If you are not too concerned about handling on the street, you probably don't need to change.

I was only changing to put new in, to freshen things up at the front, not sure I will bother now iv seen the prices :0
