Trade a complete 73 440 for a suregrip 355 or 323

Have a complete 73 440 engine from a pickup- Has low miles per guy I got it from. Looks in good condition but spun one rod bearing so crank would need 10/10 cut and rod resized. Intake to oilpan. no exhaust manifolds,pulleys or distributor. Would like to trade for a nice set of 323 or 355 suregrip gears.
