in my a 833 it grinds going into 1st and 2nd then if i down shift to 2nd gear it pops out of gear when rolling up to a stop sign sometimes it wont go into 1st do i need it totally rebiut or just syncros and bearing or wut do i need thank you contact me at

Sounds like the syncros and stop rings are shot.A good bearing kit,Seal and gasket set and Syncros and stop rings should do it.

ramhemi is probably right. But you might try readjusting your shift linkage & check that your clutch is releasing fully. Also, what lube do you have in your trans? Back when I was driving my car I had a lot of trouble with hard shifting & grinding when downshifting. The trans had gear lube in it because that's what everybody said to put in there. Later found out that Mopar specified ATF & that could've been my problem. Won't know until I put the thing back together, since it's been apart for about 27 years!
