bought a 71 ply scamp, had a 318 3speed stick ,changing to 360 904 ,will the rear trans cross menber work ? using the stick cross member ?

I do believe the same cross member works the same on /6 to V8 A bodies, removed my /6 stick and put a 904 and 360.

Rock auto lists the transmission mount part#2272 is the same for auto and stick Dusters.
I would believe the cross member may be the same.

Yep, all the same- V8, /6, stick, auto. (as long as you stay in the correct year range, i.e. '66 and earlier, '67-'72, '73-'76)
