trans tunnel mods

looking at what everyone has done to fit 5/6 speeds in. pictures would definately help, and measurements too. picking up a tko from a foxbody mustang for my 70, and trying to get ideas on how to redo the tunnel and t-bar x-member.

My car had the tunnel cut open to put a 4l80e in it. Don't have any measurments but it was cut openwide enough to where the gas pedal needed to be bent to clear the new tunnel. The crossmember was pretty simply. A piece of 1/8" flat stock bent around the top of the new trans. Triangulate the area just outside of the torsion bar into the subframe connectors......will find the pictures of it.....
