Started my first trans rebuild ('72 727). When tearing apart my VB I noticed a number of shift kit components/mods that support a Transgo install of some sort but trying to decipher everything has got me stumped as there are potentially parts missing or actions omitted for unknown reasons. Trans has never been ran by me so I am unaware of its performance or actions. Can anyone help assist in identifying what all is going on with this VB or would it be better to just purchase an all new kit an start over?

Trans will be behind a Blue Print 408 with 456 hp at the crank. 71 duster, will be used as a street car with maybe a couple passes on the strip.

Looks like someone used some left over parts and duplicated some of the TF-2. You really need that spacer in the low servo and the stronger spring if you plan to manually shift it. And, the hole sizes in the valve body are important when the TF-2 or 3 are used.

Hopefully, our performance trans guy Chris (??) can offer some advice .
