Transmission cooler lines

Hey guys, getting ready to add a trans cooler. Which one of the cooler lines is the output side and which is the return? The line at the front of the trans or the rear?

The front one is out to the cooler and the rear is return.

Front line (closest to bell housing) is out to the cooler.
Rear line is the return.
