transmission ID

I've got a big block 727 trans and I wondered if anyone could tell me what the original application for it was. The numbers I've managed to find on the case are as follows:
753-4 in large numbers on the drivers side of the bellhousing area
2892758-4 upside down on drivers side of trans
2892088L236702483 stamped on the drivers side pan rail
9R297737 on passenger side of bellhousing
2466901 and 5A on passenger side of tailhousing

I would like you to double check the ID numbers to make sure they are correct,as I looked at my 6 page ;isting and could not find that number,every other number is there but not that one.The number is in the 69-70 range as far as decade is concern,what motor did it come off of and size if you have any other info,Mrmopartech

Check the number 2892088 that you posted to see if its 2892089?if so its a small block 727 heavy duty tranny,Mrmopartech
