Anybody deal with them? If so did u like their parts. Im looking at some 727 rebuild kits. Thanks. Kim
That’s what I’m thinking. They’re on Amazon .ca so it won’t be a hassle to get them. Prices seem pretty decent. Thanks everyone. KimI'm impressed with what I see. Alto clutches and Kolene steels. That's quality stuff.
Man that's great! Maybe yall can catch at least one break! That’s what I’m thinking. They’re on Amazon .ca so it won’t be a hassle to get them. Prices seem pretty decent. Thanks everyone. Kim
Ya, cause cross border shipping is a killer now. As long as the parts we ship down to u guys had the country of origin as the USA it’s not too bad. KimMan that's great! Maybe yall can catch at least one break!
I think it's because there are a few different styles of them. Just like the kick down band.I always thought it was strange that overhaul kits did not include the low/reverse bands. This includes the B&M kit I used in the early 80's.
All the 727's I've built needed the LR band so had to source it. Just was odd to me.The rear band is only used in manual low and reverse. It gets very little use compared to the kd band. Kim
Yes, that is odd. I would say I only replace less than 25% and most of that is when I do a real high performance build. Maybe 1 out of every 10 stock builds. I have built well over 100 727 torque flites and only 25 or so 904s. Overdrives also. KimAll the 727's I've built needed the LR band so had to source it. Just was odd to me.
