top one should work. Lower one in your picture is power steering bracket.

I've always been able to make whatever I have on hand work with different length pipe spacers and/or washers to align the pulleys. Edit- as I've found some of the alt brackets have different offsets.

I actually just dug out a few more brackets and some other brackets he'll probably need for kickdown linkage for an automatic. Thank you for everyone's help you guys are awesome and if there's something in there that I'm not using and someone needs it go ahead and speak up.
