Trim nut sealer

I'm taking all the trim off my 68 Dart GTS and some of the nuts have a sealer in them that obviously after all these years has become hard. Does anyone know what the sealer is? I want to use the original parts wherever I can.

Thank you sir. Got it on order. I have another question. What is used on the end on the wheel trim screws? I know I can buy a set with it on them but I still want to use everything that came with the car.
