Truck 5.7 to Car 5.7 + WIW Truck Hemi Parts[?]

I have picked up a '05 Truck engine that was supposed to be good, turns out it wasn't, so I was planning on using the accessories off of it on the reman 5.7 I now have. I have a car timing cover and was expecting to be able to use the truck alternator and a/c compressor, it's looking like neither of those fit.



Does someone here know off hand if any of the accessories or belt components [idler/tensioner] will directly swap over to a car timing cover? It seems like some of the belt parts will, but overall not much.



Since I am in need to get rid of these truck parts in exchange for car parts, can you guys give me a ballpark WIW on the following items:

Truck 136a Alternator
Truck A/C Compressor
Truck P/S Pump
'05 Ram 5.7/Auto ECU
Wiring harness from same truck
Truck 5.7 timing cover

Unfortunately the car front cover works only with the car accessories while the truck front cover works with the truck accessories.



You'll need to get car accessories or change the front cover of your engine.
