As stated, I'm trying to confirm which is the water pump pressure outlet. Is it the metal tube or the threaded nipple?? Need to confrim asap, thanks!!

Nobody know's? I guess I'll find out by putting on a couple of hose's and see which hose pumps out the water.

I don't understand the question? The threaded plug is for "burping" the system.

On the truck hemi set up, the water pump has 1 metal tube that is held with 1 bolt and o ringed into the pump housing, the other is a 5/8 nipple which is threaded into the pump housing. One of those is the pressure and the other is the return as both go to the heater core nipples. The tube next to the water pump pulley is one of them.

They are both 5/8's, hence my predicament, lol!!

Got it figured out. Now with the 180 t-stat and 195 fan switch installed, the car stayed at 185-187 with the a/c on sitting in the garage at idle. I also used my Trinity to check against the gauge and they were damn near each other. I'm a much happier camper now.
