Was there a board under the vinyl mat that covered the spare
tire well?

Wouldn't take much to make one. It's nothing but thin fiber board. Mine is an original. I can trace it if someone wants a template.

You're right....I think the grille is the only difference.....The Chrysler
looks better in my opinion.

Tony, when we sold our turbo Dodge van with 224,000 miles, I kept my grille from it. I think it is a really really good original Dodge one. you need it for the price of shipping it to you?
