trunk latch mount location

hey there ladies and gentlemen quick question about the trunk latch mount location in a fastback cuda i removed mine to slip the new truck floor in and no real definative spot to weld the bracket back on..is there someone kind enough to take a measuement and post it here for me to weld mine back on..any help would be awesome..sorry mines a 69 fastbgack 67-69 is for sure the same

I assume you are talking about the striker mount.

Latch the latch to the striker, close the trunk, climb inside and have a look. That is where it needs to be.

i wish it was that easy for me formulas as the roll cage has cross braces running thru there and im 6 foot 2 300 pounds.id have to use butter got get in there and the jaws of life to get out
