Hey guys,
I just recently swapped a 72 rear end on my 74 Dart and I had to cut the trunk seals to get the spot welds. It was junk and leaked regardless. I know I need to get some new ones but my grandpa was talking to me and had a really good idea, well at least I thought so. Here it is, and its kinda a question to know if it could work, or if anyone has done it. He said I should take a piece of the old seal and go to pick-n-pull and try to find a late model car that has the same type of seal and use that...has anyone tried this method?
