Just picked up a '69 Dart GT Ragtop. No tensioner bar to hold the trunk up. I was wondering if any a body bar will work? Any ideas?

They should be the same-by the way those tensioner bars are-wait for it-Torsion bars!

I'm fairly certain those torsion bars are convertible only.

Just put mine back together. What would be the difference in the convert bars? Someone had mini tubbed mine and I think? I have the right bars but not sure. Photos?

end to end I assume? i have a set installed and they seem to be working. It was very close on the nylon rollers but it seems correct. anyone have convert bar installed pictures? this is a hardtop hinge.
