Trying to decipher color code

Paint code TT does not show as a color available for the model and year. 1964 Dodge Dart GT hardtop. The car has been repainted (poorly) and eventually I'd like to restore it to it's original color. Is it Dark red poly? Roman dark red? The latter is what the repaint resembles but the original paint left in places Earl Scheib missed appears to be metallic. Any idea? Custom order?

Metallic, I wouldn't call it metal flake, more of a metallic dust put in the paint, not like a low rider.
