One of my boys walled off a section of my shop two years ago to use as his wood shop.

Now, after two years of sawdust on everything , he rented a home with a three car garage.

Yesterday I bought a 6.5'x2'x6' four shelf storage unit. Pretty nice and HD enough for all but the engine bits.

This one is filling fast and I'll be buying another next week.

Man I saw a pile of those HD shelves behind the Lowes the other day. As far asI could tell they were throwing them out. I resisted the urge to inquire because I have no room for anything else.

That's the same kinda shelves Matt uses, but he welds casters on his. They are badass heavy duty.

Great shelves, I bought 2 from Lowes years ago, they are very heavy duty.

I was thinking about casters but figured I'm never going to move these. I had casters on three large wooden storage benches but they never got moved until I sold them so I figured I'd pass.

I built this shop around 1993-94. It's been reconfigured at least three times. At one point I had a frame table in it to build hot rod chassis. Then I built a 20x20 parts room when I was harvesting early Hemis and Ford flatheads. This is my last blast...nothing's going to be changed until my estate sale.
