The cam box actually has stock hyd rockers and pushrods.
One pulley is 70+ small block. The 2nd one is unknown.

Distributors? The one on the right looks like a Delco.

Hi Mike, 2 distributors are small block/points. One is aluminum, stamped (poorly) #2444297. The other one is cast. Both have oil fill holes
3rd one on right is 56 Cadillac.
