Tubular k vs factory k

Do you know what truck mount I should ask for


Personally I’d get rid of those rubber mounts and use solid mounts. If you don’t want to do that, you can get two 1/8th inch plates as wide as the Mount and drill a hole in them for the attaching stud. Put one between the mount and the engine bracket and the other between the mount and the K frame. That will get you .250 (quarter inch) extra height. If that’s too much, remove the plate between the mount and the k frame.
 
I'm thinking of converting to a tubular k frame from a stock one not sure how strait my original is. And I'm having issues with header fitment and stearing box hitting headers that I didn't have before also I'm converting to a 360 from a 273 any help is appreciated
You should be asking Dougs headers why there headers do not fit when they are made for the car
 
Just a quick note wanted to thank everyone for the help got the headers on coup.e dimples and a lot of cussing it just hurts hitting a 700.00 set of anything with a hammer
