Grant Tuff Steering wheel mount adapter. Original E Body style, though it is up to you if you want to use it on your A or B body car. It is 5" long rather than the 3" of the smooth type adapter. Nonetheless it will fit the same cars, I had one on a 70 Duster and it worked fine, the studs and splines for the steering shaft are clean, and has horn wire. Do not have the original screws, but you can buy reproductions like the originals for $6 bucks or just use much less expensive standard nylon lock nuts.
