They told me of a situation like that
Tunnel ram in process of being way better than original Tuesday.
Welded the plenum to the runners, added about 300 feet of rod to the outside of the plenum and tapered down the runners, then I cut the carb flange off so I can port this easier.
Im thinking of flanging the top so I can make a twin 4500 carb top.
And yes, I agree the welding is butt ugly

I guess since Mopar bought out AMC it's okay to show my super rare, never modified, Edelbrock UR-18 tunnel ram on here.

That's very cool. I read somewhere that those had some very good heads.
The heads that Wally Booth, Maskin & Kanter used were two heads cut apart sectioned and welded back together. They were crazy, but what they had to do back then to be competitive.

This picture has a before and after of port shape.
Epoxied the exterior of the runners after welding because I didn't get enough aluminum.
After sizing the runners I did some work in the plenum and welded the top back on, I have a little bit of work left to match the ports after I finish porting my tf240s a little bigger.

What kind of epoxy are you using? Looks like that kind they use for underwater use.
