Turn signal canceling

Can someone tell me where the post that hits the canceling cam is located? I have a Grant steering wheel on my 1969 Dart Swinger. Is it a post on the back of the steering wheel hub, or a spring that goes between the wheel hub and steering shaft? Where do I find the part, part number for it? Just replaced the switch and cam, didn't even think to look, wont cancel.

My service manual says nothing about it.

It’s a ring With a nub made from spring steel that goes around the wheel hub.
