Twister EV2 what to look for

A guy comes up to me a a crusin last night and says. Know anyone looking for a Mopar? I say what kind? Then he explains it is a 71Twister with "340" (probably a 318.), AT on column,benchseat, 83/4 and says he has Certi-card, Build-sheet and it is an EV2 car. He is not a Mopar guy and asks what is worth. I say let me look at it before he advertises the car. Before I look give me some help. Other than usual rust, checking for matching numbers, what do I need to look for. School me anything "special about these cars? Give me the 1,2,3 of what to look for.

Look for a51 on the fender tag. Slant 6 was standard with 318 being optional. A '71 has the 340 style grille standard. Rallye wheels on them did not have trim rings. The twister could also have the twin scoops. 340 dusters were not available with them from factory. Check typical rust as with any a body...
